Leah’s Pantry is hiring an Project Coordinator to oversee the technical aspects, including management of development subcontractors.
This position is part-time, 30 hours per week. We are open to candidates in both San Francisco and San Diego.
Position Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination and submission of reporting data for government contracts
Management of design, development and translation subcontractors working on Eatfresh.org and Food Smarts products
Internal staff and external partner support for our learning management system (Moodle)
Social media and email coordination (this position requires some content writing but does not have primary responsibility for content)
Support development, design, and distribution of print materials.
Management of the Leah’s Pantry website updates, especially the Eatfresh.org Integration Toolkit (not content writing)
Support Development Manager in managing individual donor database
Management of Google Adwords for Eatfresh.org
Google Analytics and social media reporting
This is a technical position. Must be very comfortable with using web-based software independently and be able to offer technical assistance to staff and external partners.
Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with project management software, like Trello, and Agile product development a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required (Web Design/Development, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or similar)
Experience with user experience testing and facilitating focus groups a plus.
Experience with content management systems (CMS); experience with Drupal, Moodle, and Squarespace preferred.
Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. Experience with Hootsuite and MailChimp (or similar products) a plus.
High level of proficiency in using MS Office and Google Docs. Ability to format spreadsheets, make efficient use of formulas and stay digitally organized essential.
